How much does an appointment cost, and how do I pay?
Each appointment varies in cost dependent on a new or review consultation, or if any procedure is required. When booking an appointment, a $50 pre-authorisation is required. This amount is held but not charged until your appointment is completed. After your consultation, payment is processed through Tyro online payments for the final amount. If you have any questions about fees or payment methods, feel free to contact us.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Your Medicare card, private health details (if applicable), and referral would have been collected prior to the appointment, do not need to bring them. If you have any additional tests or new information since you saw your GP, please bring these.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
Yes, a referral from your GP or specialist is required for all appointments (Its a legal requirement). This helps ensure you receive the right care and may allow you to claim Medicare or Health Cover rebates.

Does my partner need to come to an IVF consult?
For a couple who are experiencing infertility, your partner is required to attend. Between 1:2 to 1:4 couples experiencing infertility have a partner component to explain their challenges. The first consultation for a partner will always be bulk billed.
